Too Faced Vegas Nay Stardust Palette Review and Swatches

When I first heard that Too Faced and Vegas Nay were teaming up to make a palette, I thought, yes please!

Vegas Nay is a beauty guru who is very popular on social media with her display of gorgeous eye looks.

I bought it when it was first released.

I mean how could you not?

It is a gorgeous palette that comes with 12 matte and shimmer shades.

This palette can be used for a simple day look just by using the top row alone.

It can also be used for a night look as well as an everyday look with a pop of color.

This palette has some amazing shimmer and glitter shades that Too Faced is known for, hence one of my favorite makeup brands.

Here are the shade names and descriptions:

Chandelier - cream matte

Millennial - warm medium brown matte

Girl's Night - deep warm brown matte

#selfie - cream white with silver shimmer

Showgirl - bronze pearl

Jackpot - brown with gold shimmer

Pink Pearl - cool light pink pearl

The Strip - silvered mauve

Follow Me - vibrant blue purple with blue sparkle

Double Tap - deep red brown with violet sparkle

Golden Nugget - gold foiled coppery shimmer

Sin City - matte black

Now time for the swatches.

All swatches were done with a couple of swipes on my bare arm in natural lighting.

From left to right - Chandelier, Millennial, Girl's Night, #selfie, Showgirl, Jackpot, Pink Pearl, The Strip, Follow Me, Double Tap, Golden Nugget, and Sin City.

As you can see from the swatches, the shadows are very pigmented and pretty.

The shadows are soft and swatched quite easily and effortlessly.

Swatches with flash.

Look at the 5th shade Showgirl, amazing!

All of the names of the shadows come from social media terms or Las Vegas references, which makes the palette even more appealing.

Overall, I love the palette and I think the shades are beautiful.

I didn't have any problem swatching any of the shades.

The mattes in this palette are great.

I do feel though that some of the more shimmery shades like The Strip and Golden Nugget are best applied with a synthetic brush or even the fingers to get the most out of the shadows.

This palette has been out for a couple of months now so I wanted to make sure that I finally post the swatches and review.

It is a limited edition palette.

It is currently only available at (I am not sure about Ulta stores).

Its price is $45.

If you plan on purchasing them online, don't forget to go through Ebates first prior to purchasing.

Below is my referral link to Ebates (currently you will receive 3% cash back for Ulta) for any of you who are interested in signing up.

First time Ebates users will earn a $10 cash back bonus when they make purchases totaling at least $25 within 90 days of signing up.

Who doesn't love to earn free money that can then be used for buying more makeup?

It's genius really.

Below is the link to the set if you already have an Ebates account.
