Influenster - YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector and Blur Primer Review

I was one of the lucky ones chosen by Influenster recently to receive the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer and Touche Eclat Blur Perfector for free to review.

For anyone of you butterflies out there that have not heard of Influenster, it is basically an online company that sends out surveys based on your likes for products and your shopping habits.

If you are a perfect match for whatever items they will have in that specific VoxBox, you will be chosen to review the products for free.

Once you receive the products to review you simply check in your box online and complete any tasks on your to do list.

It is really simple and is basically you giving reviews on your media sites (Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook, etc...)

YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer

The review: Heaven in A Bottle

This primer is what heaven looks like in a bottle.

It applies soft and smooth.

It makes my foundation glide on evenly.

It doesn't have an oily feel.

I do find that when using this primer it causes my complexion and foundation to look flawless.

I love that the consistency of is a gel that has a powder texture once dry.

Love the subtle gold sparkles.

YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector

The review: Mixed Feelings

This one was a little harder for me to review.

It took me a handful of times after using it to be able to figure out how to use this product.

It can be used in different ways. Either used alone all over the face, to set your makeup, or to touch up your makeup.

I tried it under foundation and over foundation. I found that for me it worked best under my foundation over the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer.

I found that over makeup for me it looked cake like.

It does help to conceal pores and does give the skin a glow.

It does absorb oil for those that have oily skin this is a plus.

The compact is a beautiful pink packaging with YSL in gold lettering.

Will be great to keep as a compact even when the product is gone.

The big down side is that the sponge that comes with the compact to apply the product doesn't fit in the compact.

Here is a picture of me using both the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector and the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer.

Overall I am glad to have been chosen to review these products and will continue to use them.

You can purchase both of these products at Sephora.

The YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer is $52 and the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector is $55.

Don't forget to use Ebates prior to purchasing on sephora.com. Right now you can earn 8% cash back on your Sephora purchases.

Have you heard of Influenster?

Have you tried either the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Perfector or YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer? Thoughts?
