I love revisiting an old eyeshadow palette that has been forgotten.
I don't mean to forget them. It's just that sometimes you buy new palettes and they become the center of your attention. It's cruel really.
Then one day you happen to stumble upon them again and you feel as though you have found a treasure and really you have.
The Motives Mavens Element Palette is my most recent rediscovered gem.
It is a neutral palette that comes with 8 shades, 4 mattes and 4 shimmers.
The eyeshadows are very pigmented, blend nicely, and last a long time.
I feel like this palette doesn't get as much attention as it should.
The eyeshadows are also very large in size, more so than most eyeshadows and the palette is only $35, which makes each eyeshadow under $5.
If you are interested in purchasing the palette you can via the link below for Motives website.
Onto the look...
Bordeaux is a gorgeous burgundy shade that immediately seeks your attention when you open the palette so it is the shade that I created this look around.
