Have you ever experienced that moment when you find something that you forgot you had in the first place?
Recently I was going through my makeup and found an eyeshadow palette by Victoria's Secret. It is so old that I can't even remember the name of it. It only says Eyeshadow Quad and has the name of the shadows on the back of the palette. They are only listed as Earth, Twilight, Sky, and Star.
I remember that when I got it, it was definitely prior to my full makeup obsession days. I initially picked it up because I liked the packaging of the palette because it was yellow and had a neat pattern on it.
Even though I know the shadows are old and I should probably part with it I can't because it holds sentimental value. It is one of the oldest makeup items that I own. I decided to live on the edge and use it to create a look. I have to say that the eyeshadows are still in tact and that they look like they did when I first got the palette (or at least how I remembered them looking). I think if I ever decide to get rid of the shadows that I will keep the palette since it is sturdy and has a great mirror.
Here are the shadows:
Earth - Brown Shimmer
Twilight - Purple Shimmer
Sky - Blue Shimmer
Star - White Shimmer
The Elements Inspired look I created contained all 4 eyeshadows.
Brow bone & inner corner - Star
Crease - Earth
Lid - Twilight
Outer corner - Sky
Does anyone remember seeing this palette? What is the oldest makeup item that you still have?
