e.l.f. Disney Villains Collection

This year obtaining the e.l.f. Disney Villains Collection was not as easy as last year.

As many of you may know the e.l.f. Disney Villains Collection is exclusive to Walgreens and is limited edition. Where I live in California all of the Walgreens around me were saying that the collection would be released on October 5th.

The frustrating thing was that many of the Walgreens released them early. Err... It was frustrating when you have been anxiously awaiting and realized you could have gotten them earlier. I actually had to go to 3 different Walgreens to complete the collection. The last one I went to which has been my go to Walgreens for the past few years decided that they were going to institute a 2 item limit per person of any two pieces in the collection.

Luckily I was only missing two palettes, but I was unable to get any of the makeup bags. Also I was buying an extra set for a close friend and was unable to purchase them. The store stated that this was due to the popularity of the collection and that they wanted to be fair. None of the other stores had this policy, but whatever. By this time after running around for a couple hours I gave up. On a positive note each item in the collection was 25% off.

That's my story. Onto the collection...

The Look Books and Nail Polish set are by e.l.f., the Nail Art Kits are by Kiss, and the Lash Sets are by Ardell.

Below are the four Look Books in the Collection, which are Evil Queen, Ursula, Maleficent, and Cruella De Vil.

I love the art work on these.

Each Look Book contains:

A 6 eyeshadow palette, mascara, pencil eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow brush, eye primer, lipgloss, and day and night look instructions

Evil Queen

Maleficent

Ursula

Cruella De Vil

12 Piece Nail Polish Set - 3 polishes to represent each Villain

Nail Art Kits - Each to represent a villain

Each kit contains: foil tape, a flat brush, 6 glitter pouches, art sheet stones, art sheet stickers, caviar beads, and a top coat.

Ursula

Maleficent

Cruella De Vil

Evil Queen

Ardell Lash Sets - one set for each villian, each set contains 3 pairs of lashes and lash glue.

Ursula

Evil Queen

Cruella De Vil

Maleficent

I love this collection and am really excited to start using it, but at the same time am hesitant because I want to keep them as collector items. I have a feeling I might break down and use them though, but I still have all three of my palettes from last year and have yet to use those ones.

Did you get any items from the e.l.f. Disney Villians Collection? What was your experience with purchasing them? Will you be using yours or are they merely items that you are collecting?
