Vice 2 Palette - Day 1 A Smokey Look

Vice 2, let me count the ways I love you.

For those of you who haven't yet seen the Vice 2 Palette from Urban Decay or even caught wind of its release you need to check it out. This palette is awesome, but yet again in my opinion what isn't awesome from Urban Decay?

The Vice 2 palette is very similar in appearance to the original Vice Palette. The only differences that I have noticed are the the color of the palette on the outside and of course the actual eyeshadows themselves and maybe even the formula.

The eyeshadows are of course pigmented and breathtaking. They are sparkly, shimmery, and are labeled with catchy names. They hold up to true Urban Decay products and with that said unto the Eyes of the Day...

I applied Dope (Champagne Satin) to my brow bone.

Next I applied Shellshock (Silver Shimmer) to the 1st third of my eyelid including the inner corner and up to the crease.

I then applied Stash (Olive Green Shimmer with Sparkle) to the middle of my lid and up to the crease.

Lastly I applied Damaged (Emerald Shimmer) to the outer corner, outer crease, and blended it across the entire crease.

I used my e.l.f. liquid liner in black to line my top lid.

I used my Almay Intense i-color in Brown Topaz under my lid and topped it with Shellshock in the inner portion and Stash under the rest of the lid.

I curled my lashes and applied my Urban Decay Supercurling Mascara.

Now Stash and Damaged are green eyeshadows, but for some reason when I applied them they were both a lot darker. I think this had to do with the fact that Shellshock was blended into Stash and Stash into Damaged which caused the shadows to appear gray and black. I plan on recreating this look again in the future to see if I can get a different outcome sans crazy blending :)

I have to say that this far my favorite color from the Vice 2 Palette is Shellshock. If you have the palette, which is your favorite eyeshadow?
