New e.l.f. Essential Loose Eyeshadows & Essential Glitter Primer

I am happy to announce that it is that time again...

It's time for new products from e.l.f. "Hip Hip Hurray!"

There has been talk for about a month or so that e.l.f. would be releasing essential loose eyeshadows. Well that time has come my beauty lovers. They are officially here.

They have a sponge applicator at the tip that you use to pick up the loose eyeshadow in order to apply them.

The e.l.f. Essential Loose Eyeshadows come in 9 colors and retail for $2.

The color descriptions are my interpretations based on the pictures.

Pancakes - light brown

Peach Pie - orangish brown/peach

Pear - light green

Honey - brown

Blue Icing - blue

Pansy - purple

Lilac - light purple/lilac

Rock Candy - gray

Black Licorice - dark gray or black

In addition to these lovely loose eyeshadows e.l.f. has also come out with an Essential Glitter Primer.

It is a primer and a glitter glue that holds loose pigments and glitter in place. I am curious as to its ability to hold up as a primer and a glitter glue. The Glitter Glue I currently use is from Too Faced and it is quite pricey. If the e.l.f. Glitter Primer holds up it may be a great substitute at a more affordable price.
