Manly 144 Palette & Green Day

Green Day isn't just a band.

No it is the kind of makeup day I had today. I had a green day.

I have been using my Manly 144 Eyeshadow Palette a lot lately and why not? The first two layers of the Manly 144 palette is a 120 palette, 1st edition. It is the exact same palette, but the Manly 144 palette has a bottom layer with 24 full sized eyeshadows. I apologize if I sound like a broken record as I may have mentioned this on previous posts.

Since I only used eyeshadows from the first two layers I will refer to the palette in this post as the 120 palette, 1st edition.

My green day started when I awoke and grabbed a mint green sweater that I have from Forever 21 and paired it with some mint green chandelier earrings from 10 Dollar Mall.

When I opened my 120 palette I was searching from a green color similar to mint. I found one that is kind of a dark frosty mint, a very pretty color and set to work on my canvas.

Here is how I created today's work of art:

Brow bone - what I thought was a cream matte, but looks more like a cream shimmer (2nd layer, 6th row, 7th color)

Crease - beige matte (2nd layer, 1st row, 8th color)

Lid and remaining 2/3 under the eye- frosty dark mint (1st layer, 5th row, 7rd color)

Outer crease and outer lid - dark bright green (1st layer, 4th row, 3rd color)

Inner corner and first 3rd under the eye - silver shimmer (2nd layer, 6th row, 5th color)

Eyeliner on top of the lid - L'Oreal Infallible 24 hr in Espresso

Eyeliner under the eye - Almay Intense i-color in Brown Topaz

Mascara - Covergirl Lash Blast Volume

Blush - Milani Baked Blush in Rose D'Oro

Do you have this palette? Thoughts?
