Urban Decay's Naked Palette Revisited

I am so happy to announce that I am back in business. Last Thursday night I noticed that all of my pictures had been removed from my blog due to an error on my part. I spent all weekend reposting the pictures. I never want to experience that again. Imagine months of hard work disappearing in the blink of an eye. It was a learning experience to say the least. This was the reason for my lack of new posts this past weekend.

Most days I base my posts on the makeup I am currently wearing that day. I wanted to point that out just in case you notice that I have done a previous post centered around a specific product or makeup palette and I do it again. The reality of the situation is that in the real world we constantly use our products over and over. That is the whole purpose of buying a product. Typically we don't spend tons of money on makeup products to only use them once.

I decided to do another Face of the Day revisiting Urban Decay's Naked Palette. This palette is a great neutral palette and is definitely one of the best out on the market in my opinion.  I love neutral looks but don't feel like I could wear them everyday. That's just not me. I need my bright, fun colors. With this being said that doesn't mean I never wear neutrals because I actually do. For me neutral looks seem to be the easiest to do.

Today's Face of the Day was created using the following:

Urban Decay Naked Palette

Brow Bone - Virgin

Crease - Naked

1st third of the lid - Sidecar

Lid - Toasted

Outer lid, outer crease, and under the eye - Smog

Inner Corner - Sin

Eyeliner on top of the lid - e.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner in Black

Eyeliner under the eye - Almay Brown Topaz

Blush - e.l.f. Studio Blush in Peachy Keen

Mascara - Covergirl Lash Blast Volume

Eye base - Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Branded

Lipstick - Revlon Lip Butter in Cupcake

If you were stranded on an island and could only have one neutral makeup palette, which would it be? For me I would have to say Urban Decay's Naked 2 Palette.
