Today I was feeling dainty, charming, and girly. Or at least even more so than normal.
Actually these are the eyeshadows that are used to create the Rebel 9 to 5 look from the How to Glamour Guide that comes with the Too Faced Pretty Rebel Palette.
This is my second day using the Pretty Rebel Palette by Too Faced and I must say that my feelings of the palette haven't wavered. The pigmentation of the eyeshadows in this palette remain phenomenal. They are so pigmented that when used as eyeliners they can really pass as eyeliner. After 8 plus hours of wear the liner stays in tact for me. This is a plus since one of my previous fears is that using eyeshadow as an eyeliner wouldn't be as effective and wouldn't have strong staying power. Have no fear, shadow eyeliner is here!
Back on a serious note I couldn't be more pleased with a palette and The Pretty Rebel Palette has quickly risen to the top of my favorite palettes along with my Urban Decay Naked Palettes.
In the pictures below you can see how vivid the eyeshadows are and this is applying them once to the eyes, blending, and touching up a little with a second layer. They are seriously that pigmented. I feel like I have died and gone to eyeshadow heaven...
If anyone is interested in buying this palette it retails for $46 and can be purchased from Too Faced Cosmetics at www.toofaced.com , from Sephora at www.sephora.com, and from Ulta at www.ulta.com
Enough ranting and raving, onto how to create Today's Face of the Day, Rebel 9 to 5, from the How to Glamour Guide:
All over the lid from lash line to brow bone - Dainty (Pinkish Cream Matte)
Lid to above the crease - Girly (Reddish Brown Green Duochrome Shimmer)
