Rainbows

I have been wanting to do a rainbow look for sometime and finally got around to doing it today. It started raining in California where I live so I guess the rain inspired me to make this look happen. Being a lover of color it was a no brainer that I would eventually create a rainbow look.

The Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour Palette is a perfect palette for a rainbow look. I bought this palette after seeing it all over the Internet. The eyeshadow colors are so vivid and really pop. They are all shimmer eyeshadows. They are highly pigmented, shimmery, breathtaking, beautiful, phenomenal (you get the point). They blend easily and surprisingly I had no fallout when applying this look. This right. No fallout.

This palette can be purchased at:

www.ebay.com
www.amazon.com
www.makeupshowroom.com
www.camerareadycosmetics.com
www.cosplaysupplies.com
www.makeupmedley.com
www.stagemakeuponline.com

They seem to be sold for around $60-$65. The palette comes with 12 eyeshadows so that is about $5.42 per eyeshadow. That is a great deal considering you are getting 12 full sized great quality eyeshadows.

This look was created using the following products:

Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour Palette - All 12 eyeshadows were used in this look.

Foundation - Neutrogena Skin Clearing Foundation in Classic Ivory

Powder - Covergirl Clean in Classic Ivory

Eye Primer - Too Faced Shadow Insurance

Brow - Avon Glimmersticks Brow Definer in Blonde

All over the lid - Iced Gold (Lumiere Palette)

Lid up to Crease - Azalea, Tangerine, Sun Yellow, Chartreuse, and Cosmic Blue (all from Lumiere Palette)

Brow Bone -Ice (Lumiere Palette)

Inner Corner - Silver (Lumiere Palette)

BH Liquid Eyeliner used to line top of lid and under the eye

Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara in Black Brown

This is the first time I have used the Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour Palette. I am actually a little embarrassed to say that I have had it for awhile but somehow it just blended in with the rest of my makeup collection. Well that won't happen again I know exactly where it is now and definitely plan on using it or many looks to come. It has easily graduated to one of my favorite makeup palettes along with all if my Urban Decay Palettes.

I highly recommend picking up this makeup palette. It is a must have for any makeup lover.
